I'm Carolyn, a licensed clinical social worker in Irwin, PA, and I work with people living with chronic illness, including cancer, and those navigating grief- after a loss, during major life transitions, or when life hasn’t unfolded the way they hoped. I also support caregivers and parents who carry the quiet overwhelm of showing up for everyone else while trying not to lose themselves in the process.
